Situated on some of the most untouched beach in Mozambique, is Nuarro. This locally built, owner run eco-lodge is situated in Nanatha, approximately 2 hours from the main centre of Nampula.

Nuarro lodge, built using local design with the intent of naturally cooling indoor spaces, consist of 12 chalets. Two of the chalets at Nuarro can accommodate up to four people (2 in the loft and 2 in the main bedroom) making them perfect for families.

All chalets at Nuarro Lodge are beachfront and the chalets are all ensuite with the additional outdoor showers, and a sundeck nearby the water. The chalets offer spectacular views of the surrounding Baobab forests and the ocean before you.

One of the main attractions at Nuarro is the diving, which explores some of the most spectacular sites, untouched by human hands. As well as the many attractive water activities, Nuarro also has land based activities, including visiting the local Makua craftsmen while they work.

Meals at Nuarro are a fusion of local and international cuisine. Tea and cakes are served in the library and lounge area during the afternoons and the next to the Activity Centre is a small beach bar where light snacks are also served throughout the day.
